Ball Mill Working Principle

     When the machine starts work, material from the feed device air shaft spiral evenly go into first mill warehouse, the warehouse equipped with ladder liner or corrugated liner, inbuilt are different size steel balls, centrifugal force produced by steel rotating cylinder will brought the ball down after a certain height, severe impact on the material and grinding them.

     After coarse grinding in the first mill warehouse, then go into the second warehouse from single-compartment plate, the warehouse lined with flat liner, built-in ball, the material be further grinding; Powder material discharged through the discharge grate plate , and meanwhile completed the grinding operation.
